PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE PRINTING OFF AND SIGNING THEN SEND WITH YOUR ORDER!!

When using the Mail Order service, full payment is required with the order.
If you are unable to supply us with all the relevant wordings, and you require your invitations to be delivered to you before the rest of the order, then an extra delivery charge will be required before we can dispatch your final order.
Your delivery will be despatched to the address written on this form unless otherwise requested.
The normal delivery time is approximately 10-15 working days, once you have approved all drafts and your cheque has cleared.

A draft copy of all inserts will be sent to you Free of Charge for your approval. These MUST be signed and returned to us, either by Fax or Post, as confirmation that your order can be printed.

With reference to the Order of Service layout; if more than the standard layout is required, i.e. a third hymn or a psalm, an extra insert page may be needed, you will be advised if this is the case as this will result in a small surcharge.
Finalised Order of Service wording must be with us a minimum of 3 weeks before the wedding date, to allow time for printing & delivery.

All Stationery is supplied with matching envelopes.
All inserts are printed in black on a matching paper.

Any amendments required after the final printing has taken place will result in a reprint surcharge.
Please check your drafts very carefully before signing and returning them.
Once you have placed your order, quantities can only be increased, and not reduced.

Once an order is placed all payments become Non-Refundable.
