The normal delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days depending on weight, apart from lovespoons & favours which are usually dispatched in around 4 weeks (please note that during peak season these are dispatched according to chronological dates). Express delivery can be used, but at the appropriate extra charge. Ring for details.

 The standard regulations apply to all refunds for items bought by mail order, in that there is a 30 day money back guarantee if goods are returned in the condition in which they were originally sent, are not damaged, and in the case of jewellery and tiaras, have not been worn. The exception to this is for any items that have been personalised or handmade in which case once an order has been placed it is binding.
