I am not getting married
until next year, when do I need to place my Stationery Order? |

In most cases, it will not be possible for you to know the exact number of
Invitations, Order of Service, etc., that you require until about 6-9 months
before your wedding date.
However, it is advisable to start looking through our extensive range of
albums to decide on the type of card that you would like, as soon as possible.
The main
advantage of this is that you will be guaranteed that the prices you are given
will not be increased for any reason at all. It is perhaps worth noting that
the commercial albums always have a price increase every January for
example. |

What happens once we
have decided on our designs? |

The next stage is for us to take down the relevant information needed for
the stationery and to prepare sample drafts for you to check and amend if
necessary.
Once you are
happy with all the details etc., we ask for full payment if ordering by mail
order, 50% if through the shop in person.
As soon as
your order is complete, we will notify you that it is being sent or is ready
to be collected. |

What if I need to
alter the quantities, how much notice do I need to give you? |

Obviously the more
notice you can give us, the easier it will be for us to amend quantities at
any stage. The only proviso is that if we have to order from any of the
commercial albums then you may be subject to a minimum order quantity of 20.
It is therefore advisable to bare this point in mind when deciding on your
numbers.
As a general rule of
thumb, we would suggest using the following formula:-
divide the number of guests you are expecting by 2 and add on 10-15 to allow
for unaccompanied guests and any errors you might make.
With our own designs,
you can re-order any quantity you require. |
